We offer free shipping within Europe when you spend 50€ (or £50) or more.
Once your order has been shipped from one of our dispatch location, delivery to your address will occur within 5 to 7 working days anywhere in Europe.

Delivery will occur within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that if your order is less than 50€/£, we will automatically add the Express Delivery charge to your shopping cart.

We ship anywhere in the world for 39.99€
If you live outside of Europe, our shipping charge is 39.99€, irrespective of where you are. Shipping times vary from 5 to 25 days depending on your location. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

- Is the delivery charge dependant on the number of products I order?
No. We only charge a flat fee, irrespective of the number of products you order. When you order value is greater than 50€/£, you can choose our Free Standard shipping option.
- Is the delivery trackable?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you and you’ll be able to see the progress of your delivery.
- Where do you ship from?
We use warehouses in Germany, UK, France, Italy and Spain. We always ship from a location closest to your delivery address to guarantee the fastest delivery time.
- Can I have a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice will be sent by email when your order is shipped.
- Will I have to pay customs duties?
No customs duty will have to be paid by our European customers. However, if you live outside of Europe, you may have to pay customs duties separately when the package is delivered. For more information contact your nearest Customs Office.
- What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason you were not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. A full refund will be granted once the items have been received. If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the items carefully. Note that you will be liable for the cost of the postage back to our office. To initiate a refund, please contact us.
